Power of Young People

4-H is the largest youth development program in the nation.

Make new friends. Try something new. Discover new interests. 4-H is a safe place for youth to explore interests and develop new ones.

 

Projects You Can Join

Projects offered in each Community Club vary, but all projects fall under four focus areas. Choose the projects most interesting to you!

New Members

All 4-H youth members must apply and be accepted annually.

Process to enroll a new 4-H Youth Member

1. Find a club

See our list of clubs to find one near you. Contact the Club Leader to learn more about projects offered in the club. You can also contact Trinity 4-H Community Educator Erin Paradis at ecparadis@ucanr.edu or (530) 224-4900 for help.

2. Complete a Youth Enrollment application on ZSuite

Please make sure the family email address is correct and one you check regularly. It will be used for most communications and to confirm your enrollment.

All family members are grouped together under one household profile.

3. Submit program fee

Enrollment fees for 2024-2025 are $77 per youth and $28 per adult. Fees are payable to your Community Club.

Activation

The Trinity County 4-H office verifies and activates 4-H youth member applications after all steps have been completed. An activation confirmation is sent to the family email address.

Once your membership is active, you can begin participating in 4-H projects and activities!

Returning Members
